Questions we are asked before the first meeting
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks for a project engagement. Hourly sessions are typically available within the same week.
Do you work on site?
Up to three days a week, depending on location. Sourcing work often benefits from presence at the factory or the office, and we will tell you where we think this one needs it before you commit.
What does an engagement cost?
Hourly consulting is €230 for 60 minutes and €345 for 90. You request a time, we confirm within one working day and invoice the session then — nothing is charged online. Project work is priced on scope, in writing, before we start. All prices exclude 21% BTW.
Why do you not name your clients?
Confidentiality obligations, and a deliberate choice. Instead every case gives the sector, the scale, what was wrong, what we did and the result with a number. Career history is available under NDA.
Can you take a project outside the Netherlands?
Yes, across Europe. Sourcing work regularly involves factories in the EU, the UK and Asia. Travel outside the Netherlands is agreed in advance.
Do you take a commission on what we buy?
No. We are paid by you, for our time or for a scoped project. We do not take a margin on your goods and we hold no supplier relationships that pay us.
What happens at the end of an engagement?
A handover: documentation, a working session with your team, and an agreed list of what is now theirs to run. It is in the scope, not an extra line.
Can we start with one session before committing to a project?
That is what hourly consulting is for. If it turns into a project, we will say so and scope it separately.
